Shipping policy
All orders placed before 3pm MST Monday–Friday are dispatched the same business day. Excludes public holidays. All quoted delivery times are estimates. Please click on each shipping option at checkout to see delivery window estimates.
Due to PACT Act regulations, all orders must be shipped out adult signature required. An ID will be required upon delivery.
If a package is returned to sender because the carrier could not collect an adult signature and proof of ID, then Day 2 Day LLC reserves the right to re-ship a replacement order only after the original package has been returned to us and processed.
Please note that all shipping thresholds exclude sales and excise taxes. Your order total must meet the threshold before taxes have been added.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Arkansas, Georgia, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, or Utah due to state law.
Additionally, we cannot ship to Guam, North Marianas, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, or Anchorage, Alaska.
We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
UPS does not ship to New York or Puerto Rico.
We are currently experiencing issues shipping to North Carolina and Colorado.
If you are shipping to California or Idaho, then your billing and shipping address must match in your state.
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

Additional Restrictions and Flavor Bans
Chicago, Illinois, has temporarily banned the sale of flavored nicotine products, including menthol. This ban does not include flavored nicotine-free products.
Massachusetts has enacted a temporary ban on the online sale of flavored nicotine products, including menthol, and any product with a nicotine strength over 35mg.
Maryland has temporarily banned the sale of flavored disposables.
New Jersey has also banned the sale of flavored nicotine products, including menthol and any nicotine-free items (excluding tobacco).
New York prohibits the online sale of any vaping products that contain liquid.
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has enacted a ban on flavored nicotine products, including menthol. This ban does not include nicotine-free liquid. The city also prohibits the online sale of e-liquid that contains nicotine salt.
San Francisco, California, has enacted a temporary ban on the sale of all vaping products.
Products sold at nominal cost are not allowed in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Customers in these states will be charged full price.
